BEHIND THE LENS
Hello, I am Robert Bentley and I am a photographer based in Hull, East Yorkshire.
I have been a photographer for more than 30 years, professionally for just over 8 years.
After being made redundant in 2009, I made the decision to go back into education and study for my BE(hons) degree in photography, and graduated in 2013 with my degree.
Photography is not just a job to me, it's a passion! When I'm not taking photos for clients, I can be found wandering the streets, camera in hand, capturing the everyday moments in a fraction of a second! Frozen in time.
I am represented by the HIP Gallery and my work has been exhibited in London, the Ferens gallery in Hull, Beverley Art Gallery, The HIP gallery in Hull, Sewerby Hall, Burton Constable, Pocklington Arts Centre, Goole Library, Kardomah94. and a number of smaller galleries around East Yorkshire.
